Creating Life Experiences
Go BIG Travel crafts life experiences for travelers looking to Go BIG! To get the most out of time spent on vacations, we explore the full range of cultural opportunities and add them into your smorgasbord of pre-trip activities. Our niche offers to your discerning tastes the world of exploration, and adventure of the mind, of the soul. Travel is not just seeing a new land. It is also appreciating the history.
For Example... Why just see the Monaco Grand Prix, when you can learn to race fast cars, learn when to hit at Bacarat in the Casino de Monte Carlo, learn to cook la belle cuisine before indulging that once-in-a-lifetime meal at the 3-starred Michelin restaurant, learn to shoot James Bond’s weapon of choice, learn how to stomp grapes for the wines we decanter, and learn why Americans fell in love with the tragic fable of Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier. So see and feel it all... Go BIG.

Boni Bigornia - Founder & CEO

A retired engineer who loves exploring the world, learning about other cultures, learning about history, science, and entertainment. He’s visited over 70 countries, experiencing 5 weeks of trekking around Everest Basecamp, bungee jumping off the Harbour Bridge in New Zealand, shooting AK-47s at Vietnam’s Cu Chi tunnels, diving with the sharks on the Great Barrier Reef, racing Formula 3 cars in Dubai, relaxing on cruise ships, and wandering on road trips… always looking to go off on journeys with friends on those fun experiences that add a rush to life. He also likes to immerse himself in the wonder of books, documenting his thoughts from over 10 books a month to fuel fires of curiosity.
At 5 years old, Boni’s parents dragged him out of school for a family trip to the Philippines, Japan, and Hong Kong. Missed exams. Teachers understood though. He never forgot having to get painful vaccination shots, but also never forgot those cute puppies in the basket in Lolo's Filipino farm. As a teen in college, Boni found a job in Holland as a student coastal engineer. He left 2 months into that job to take advantage of those amazingly cheap Eurail train passes and a hostel card. He remembers getting mugged, getting hit by a car while on a borrowed motorbike, and running out of money a month too soon. So many great memories! Europe was an oyster to be opened and savored for that summer of discovery. In his 20’s, Boni took an unimaginable 6 weeks off work with a couple of buddies to explore the Himalayas and seek out the romance of Everest Basecamp, soak the reverence of the religious burning of bodies at the Ghats of Varanasi, and feed elephants in Thailand.
Some 70+ countries later, Boni is still hooked on that type of learning and exploring. Skiing, scuba diving, flying, sailing, and driving around the world is still so enticing, so exciting. And each flavor of culture is spiced up by reading novels beforehand, seeing films, learning languages, or finding obscure and weird gems along the way. Travel has created so many memories, with friends, with family, and as a solo traveller. He continues to find that experiences are the foundation of the quality of his life, and that travel is the most worthy of investments.
